This White Cotton and Navy Lace Tallit is beautifully and uniquely handcrafted from soft, breathable cotton. It's lightly crinkled texture adds visual interest and is pleasing to the touch. Accented with stripes of navy lace, the tallit is finished with a delicate rickrack trim at the bottom ends. The atarah (neckband), as shown, is navy dupioni silk, subtly textured with a rich sheen. The atarah includes the blessing recited when donning a tallit, embroidered in Hebrew, in silky white thread.
I use only Rabbinically-approved tzitzit strings from Israel. The tzitzit at all four corners of this tallit are hand-tied according to halakhah (Jewish law) in the Ashkenazi pattern (reminding us of the 613 mitzvot).
This tallit measures @68" in length (not including the tzitzit). This is a perfect fit for a woman or teen. If you need a more generous fit please message me after purchase (simply use the contact tab below).
Please remember that each item is handmade to order, so you'll need to allow two to four weeks for your artisan creation (not including transit time). If you are in a hurry, please contact me in advance, as I may be able to accommodate (an additional rush fee may apply). Individual fabrics, laces and trims may vary slightly, according to availability. Each tallit is one-of-a-kind, but will faithfully reflect the same colors and types of materials used.
A coordinating dupioni silk tallit bag is available as an add-on for $35 (option at checkout).
