Shipping policy

All orders are shipped in accordance with item descriptions (some items are available to ship immediately, while others are made to order). Most items take 2-4 weeks (not including transit time). Handmade by Chana relies on the primary artisan's two hands, so orders may be expedited upon request, but advance arrangement is required. Selecting upgraded shipping will have no bearing on the time to create your item, although it will result in faster transit and better tracking. 

Most items ship via Priority Mail or UPS Ground from the Philadelphia area. Pricing is based on weight and distance. Handmade by Chana reserves the right to upgrade shipping (same level or above) via an alternate carrier (FedEx instead of UPS for example).
